01BSS77 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the BSS77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. BSS77 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any of these requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. BSS77 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or lawful resident with a verifiable local address.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BSS77 account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information – including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Your BSS77 account is for personal use only. Sharing your account, password, or access with any other party is strictly prohibited.
• BSS77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

BSS77 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks on any account at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate, BSS77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and withhold the available balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

02Deposits & Payment Methods

BSS77 accepts a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• Minimum deposit limit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limit: RM30,000 per day (subject to account level and payment method).
• Accepted payment methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) and local bank transfers.
• All deposits are final. BSS77 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or banks.
• BSS77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own service charges.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and accounts registered in your own name. BSS77 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where deemed necessary.

BSS77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. Reversed funds will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days.

03Fund Withdrawal

BSS77 is committed to processing member withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following conditions and procedures apply to all members:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: RM50,000 per day for standard members; Platinum VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. The recipient name must match the name on the BSS77 account.
• Standard members – processing time 30 minutes to 1 hour during normal business hours.
• VIP Gold members & above – express withdrawal within 30 minutes around the clock.
• Withdrawals submitted after 11:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
• BSS77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (NRIC / bank statement copy) before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal of RM5,000 and above.

Withdrawals found to involve any form of fraud, unauthorised bonus use, or breach of terms & conditions will be held pending the completion of an investigation. BSS77 reserves the right to cancel the withdrawal and close the account in question if fraud is established.

04Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

BSS77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to RM288 on your first deposit. 20x rollover on the total bonus amount within 30 days.
• Daily 30% Deposit Bonus: Minimum deposit RM50. 15x rollover within 7 days.
• Weekly 10% Slot Cashback: Credited every Monday. 3x rollover with no time limit.
• Daily 5% Sports Rebate: Calculated from total valid bets. No rollover required.
• RM25 Referral Bonus: Paid once the referred friend makes a minimum first deposit of RM50 and completes a 5x rollover.

BSS77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated fictitious betting, or technical exploitation – will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and immediate account closure.

All bets counted towards the rollover must be valid and genuine. Opposing bets (contrabet/laying), hedging, or any strategy designed to meet the rollover requirement without real risk will not be counted and may result in the bonus being voided.

05BSS77 Game Rules

All games on the BSS77 platform – including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, and lottery – are subject to the following rules:

• All completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, BSS77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the member's account.
• For sports betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports – the odds displayed at the time the wager is submitted are the applicable odds. BSS77 reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is accepted.
• Bets placed after a match or event has started (except for in-game/in-play bets) will be automatically voided.
• BSS77 reserves the right to limit or reject any wager deemed unusual or suspicious, without the need to provide a reason.
• All games use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness.

06Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

BSS77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to have engaged in the following:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another party.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing BSS77 bonuses or promotions through any unauthorised means.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the BSS77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an offensive manner towards BSS77 staff or other members.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or technical bug within the BSS77 system.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, BSS77 reserves the right to withhold all funds in that account pending the outcome of an investigation. Funds determined to be legitimate (unrelated to the violation) will be returned within 14 business days once the investigation concludes.

07Member Privacy & Data Security

BSS77 is committed to the privacy and security of all members' personal data. The collection and use of your personal data is subject to our BSS77 Privacy Policy separately.

• All member personal data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
• BSS77 uses your data solely for account management, transaction processing, promotional communications (where permitted), and regulatory compliance.
• You are responsible for keeping your BSS77 account password confidential. BSS77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your password being disclosed to another party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact BSS77 support immediately to have your account suspended.

• BSS77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of data or profits.
• BSS77 is not responsible for failures in third-party systems such as banks, e-wallet providers, or internet service providers that affect your gaming experience.
• These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
• BSS77 reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
